A Copy of Plan (Plan of Subdivision) is an image of the subdivision of the original parcel of land. It is a digital copy of the original plan lodged and registered with Land Registry.

What Do You Get Out Of It?
This search will return an image of the original Plan of Subdivision lodged at Land Registry, which will show the details of the land parcel and the lots on the plan, such as its boundaries, depth limitations, easements and other information recorded on a title (including an Owners Corporation Basic Report, where applicable).
The Application Process
To proceed with the order you will be required to enter the relevant Plan number, which is comprised of a Plan type (2 letters), a Plan number (5-6 digits) and usually ends with a one letter suffix. eg. LP123456, PS303000N. Results are usually delivered instantly.
