Overview
Land Index Searches allow you to obtain information on a property from a specific piece of data, ie either Owner Name, Address, Lot & Plan or Volume & Folio numbers, depending on what information you already have to conduct the searches. The Volume & Folio search provides information corresponding to the Volume & Folio numbers entered into the search bar. Please note that Land Index information is updated when a Title is finalised at the Land Registry, and in some instances can take up to two weeks to process.

What Do You Get Out Of It?
The Volume & Folio search will provide you with the Lot & Plan description, property address, parish and municipality details, proprietor/s, Owners Corporations (Bodies Corporate) and references of related Titles for properties that match the search criteria.
The Application Process
Enter the relevant Title Reference (Volume & Folio numbers) to proceed with the search. Results are usually delivered instantly.
