The Check Search (or Dealing Search) investigates any recorded activity on a Title over your specified period of time.
Who Is It For?
Land information is available for anybody conducting land investigations and/or conveyancing.
What Do You Get Out Of It?
This search will return information for any activity on a Title going back as far as three months. The search will commence from today's date and search back to a past date specified by you. This search returns all dealings entered at the time of the search but does not return dealings that have been lodged and are waiting to be numbered and/or entered at the time of search.
The Application Process
Enter Volume & Folio numbers (a unique identifier allocated to each Title) to commence the search. You have the option to specify a “from date” to narrow the search down, however the from date must be within the past three months. Results are usually delivered instantly.
