Overview
A Dealing is a transaction that makes a change to a Title, and is lodged at Land Registry for registration. A Dealing may be a transaction such as a Transfer, Mortgage, Plan of Subdivision, Consolidation, Lease, and so on. A Dealing Search (or Dealing Activity on Title) is used to view the details and monitor the status of these documents. Once a Dealing is registered, it becomes an Instrument.

What Do You Get Out Of It?
A Dealing Search will return results regarding the progress/status of the Dealing (transaction) within Land Registry, its location, processing state, affected folios, controlling party details and relevant dates of a particular Dealing.
The Application Process
To conduct this search, simply enter the relevant Dealing number, which should contain a prefix (of 1-2 letters), a number (up to six digits), and usually ends with a one letter suffix. eg. LP123456, PS303000N. Results are usually delivered instantly.
