Adding Email DNS Records To Third Party Nameservers

If you are using a third party Nameserver, we do not manage your DNS Records. In order for your mail to work if it is hosted by us, you will need to adjust your DNS records on your Third Party Provider's DNS Management system.

1. Access your DNS Records with your third party provider (if you do not know how to do this, contact support with your third party provider).

2. Input the following records:

MX Record
Host Name: @.yourdomain.example
Record Type: MX
Priority: 0 or 1
Address: mx0.ib.com.au

SPF Record
Host Name: @.yourdomain.example
Record Type: TXT/SPF
Address: v=spf1 a mx include:ib.com.au ~al

DMARC Record
Record Type: TXT/SPF
Host Name: : _dmarc.yourdomain.example
Address: v=DMARC1; p=quarantine

3. Once these records have been input, make sure to save them.
