QLD | What information will I get from a title search?
Extracts from the ATS have a standard format. Each Automated Title begins with an ATS request number and a date/time stamp signifying that the information is current. The title reference, the date it was created and any previous titles are also noted, along with information about the title under the following headings:
Registered Owner - details and associated dealings
Easements, Encumbrances and Interests - all associated registered dealings
Unregistered Dealings - type or NIL
Estate and Land - land description, type of ownership etc
Administrative Advices - type and associated dealings or NIL
Certificate of Title Issued - Yes or No
