Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks are point-in-time checks and are current as of the date of issue.
A copy of the result certificate can be downloaded for a period of 3 months following the release date.
Whilst the results are available for 3 months, each employer or organisation will have their own validity requirements.
Some industries may have legal requirements relating to the 'age' of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
