Reports are stored within the Products section of your Client Area.
For convenience, we store all purchased reports in your account, for as long as possible.
Each data provider enforces separate retention periods for Data Security and Privacy reasons.
As a result, we must remove some reports from your account after a set period of time;
These timeframes start from the date the report was generated.
Once a report has been removed from our system, due to legal requirements, the information can only be accessed again by placing a new order.
