How long do I have to complete a bankruptcy search?
You must obtain your extract and any alias information/extracts within 30 minutes of submitting your search criteria (clicking Search on National Bankruptcy Search screen). After 30 minutes your connection will expire, and if you try to continue your search, an error message will appear.
