A report from the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII ) will identify whether or not a person is known to AFSA, and will provide relevant details for known persons. The relevant details differ depending on the terms under which a person is known to AFSA.
Generally, the extract will include the following information: type of administration, proceeding date of administration, proceeding identification number, full name and alias(es) of the debtor, address of debtor, date of birth of debtor, occupation of debtor, name of trustee or controlling trustee, particulars of any prior or subsequent listing, the end date of the administration.
