Around 70% of all applications are completed within 1 hour, if submitted during business hours. However, some applications can be flagged as requiring further review and may take up to 10 business days. The National Police Checking Services aims to stay within these general timeframes, however, there are some circumstances beyond our control where applications may take longer to process.

We can only lodge your application once we have received all required documents (signed application/consent form and 4 selected ID documents).
