Overview
After the establishment of the Automatic Titles System in 1994 to keep updated records on file, all Queensland Titles up to 1994 were imaged. The information on a Title at the time was captured and archived on the system. An Historical Title lists the changes made to a Title since then.
Who Is It For?
Historical Title Search information is available for anybody like those conducting land investigations and/or conveyancing.
What Do You Get Out Of It?
The Historical Title Search by Address returns the matching Title with information after 1994, when searched by property address. Every change since the Title's creation will be recorded on the Historical Title, so any dealings since its entry into the ATS, along with details from that period such as previous owners or land descriptions. An Historical Title search can be invaluable to somebody interested in researching the history of their house or researching their family tree.
The Application Process
To conduct this search simply enter the property address to order your search. Then simply proceed through the payment process to complete your order. Results are usually delivered instantly.
