What Do You Get Out Of It?
An Document Image Search returns scanned copies of documents, in their original paper form (as lodged at the NSW LPI), that match the document/instrument number entered. Examples of images searched are Titles (CTs), Plans and dealings such as Transfers, Mortgages, Caveats, Covenants, and other registrable documents.
The Application Process
Choose from a list of possible document types, and then enter the relevant document number. We will then display if the document that matches your criteria is available. Results are usually delivered instantly.
