What Do You Get Out Of It?
A Sub Folio Inquiry returns Sub Folio lots, allowing you to view the details of Life Estates and Share Titles. You will receive a list of Title references with Link, Status, Share & First Owner Name details.
The Application Process
To commence the search, you must enter a Base Title Reference, which must be either a lot in a Deposited Plan (DP) or a Strata Plan (SP). Results are usually delivered instantly.
