A List of Lots in a Plan (also known as a Lots Created Inquiry) returns a list of all lots created by and within the specified Plan, and their current status.
Who Is It For?
Land information is available for anybody conducting land investigations and/or conveyancing.
What Do You Get Out Of It?
The search provides a listing of all lots created by and within a specific Deposited Plan (DP) or Strata Plan (SP), including their status, eg 'current' or 'cancelled'.
The Application Process
To commence the search, select either Deposited Plan or Strata Plan for plan type, then enter the relevant Plan number. Results are usually delivered instantly.
