Overview
The Automatic Titles System that was established in 1994 to keep records updated meant that all land Titles up until 1994 were imaged and archived into the system. These versions have not been updated, meaning an Imaged Title is a 'snapshot' of how it appeared up to 1994/1995.
Who Is It For?
Imaged Titles information is available for anybody conducting land investigations and/or conveyancing.
What Do You Get Out Of It?
An Imaged Title Search will produce an image of a Certificate of Title. An Imaged Title will show a Title as it was up to 1994/1995. Use the Historical Title Search to track the changes made since then. Both these searches can be invaluable to somebody interested in researching the history of their house or researching their family tree.
The Application Process
To conduct this search, enter the corresponding title reference number that is comprised of eight digits. Then simply proceed through the payment process to complete your order. Results are usually delivered instantly.
