Overview
After the establishment of the Automatic Titles System in 1994 to keep updated records on file, all Queensland plans up to 1994 were imaged. An Imaged Title, Plan or Document is one that has been scanned and stored digitally. These images can be requested and viewed online, saving the time and expense of retrieving paper copies.
Who Is It For?
Land information is available for anybody conducting land investigations and/or conveyancing.
What Do You Get Out Of It?
Imaged Plans are exact copies of the original paper items and have not been changed. They show the boundaries of a land parcel, easements and other details that were recorded on the Title diagram.
The Application Process
To conduct this search, firstly select one of the 20 different available types of Plans, including Crown Plan, Building Unit Plan, Survey Plan, etc, followed by the relevant Plan number. Then simply proceed through the payment process to complete your order. Results are usually delivered instantly.
