A Dealing (or Instrument) is any document registered on a Title, such as a Mortgage, Transfer, Caveat, & so on, which is defined by a 9-digit indentification number in the Automated Title System (ATS). Any Dealing that has been imaged is one that has been scanned and stored electronically. These images can be requested and viewed online, saving the time and expense of seeking out paper copies.
