A Dealing (or Instrument) is any document that deals with a Title, such as a Mortgage, Lease or Easement, which is defined by a 9-digit indentification number in the Automated Title System (ATS). There may be multiple Dealings on a Title.

What Do You Get Out Of It?
A Dealing Search returns information regarding the Dealing Type and Status, relevant Lodgement Number & Date, Lodger details, Title/s affected by the Dealing, and any relevant details relating to the selected Dealing.
The Application Process
To conduct a Dealing Search you must provide either a recent or pre-ATS (pre-1994) Dealing number. Then simply proceed through the payment process to complete your order. Results are usually delivered instantly.
