A QLD Imaged Dealings search provides a scanned copy of the original paper “Dealing” (also known as a Document or Instrument) lodged at the Queensland Titles Registry Office in Brisbane. Anything registered after 1994 is known as an “ATS Dealing” (Automated Title System), and anything prior to 1994 is known a “Pre-ATS Dealing”.
You can order a QLD Imaged Dealings search to obtain a copy of any of the following documents:
Transfer of Land, Mortgage, Easement, Caveat, Power of Attorney, or Covenant.
Whichever of these documents you need, it’s as simple as clicking on https://www.ib.com.au/buy/185/qld-imaged-dealings and entering the document number. In most cases, your search will be emailed to you almost instantly.
