For personal name extracts, please note that ASIC may hold multiple reports for an individual within its registers. Each document is assigned a unique number, but some may or may not have included a middle name or date of birth in the search list. Therefore, make sure to examine each document on the list, even if you think you have found the right one, as there may be others that should be drawn to your attention.
